That’s how I feel right now. So yeah, we didn’t get happy ending, but we didn’t get tragic one neither! I don’t think words can accurately express how much he irritated me in Evertrue. If I could recommend one thing, I would recommend Ashton to write a longer book. Can someone please kill Jack. Jun 20, Lisa RC rated it it was amazing. Give me a break. I would be disappointed too if my character went through what he did — he barely showed any of his REAL personality, the personality we knew in Everbound and Everneath. I’ve found him to be much more interesting than the other two thus far, but I am glad that we do get to really see Nikki and Jack together in the present for this book.

This is another series I have yet to start, but I have read excellent things. That’ll be a nice change.

Let me rephrase that: It was terrible bearing up with her foolish remarks when she was nervous. Please note that no compensation of any kind has been provided in exchange for a review. I don’t want to say anything about Cole and his involvement throughout Evertrue right here, but all I can say is that if you didn’t get a feel for how truly deep his feelings for Nikki go, and vice versa, I think you will in this one. ARC Book Review: Evertrue – Brodi Ashton

Jack rushed to my side. I love me some Diet Coke. Cole was a jackass whose obsession with Nikki is still incomprehensible to me but he was the only compelling character in the entire series and look what happened to him.

Marlene C January 17, at 8: It was quite obvious what was to happen, but the way the author describes it I blinked and nodded.
